We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and courteous from the moment we arrived until we left. We had no problem with an early check-in and late check-out. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well-kept, with numerous cleaning staff and even a gardener. The animators were fantastic, providing daily activities for both children and adults. The food at the hotel was varied and delicious, with a wide range of options including fish, meat, and seafood. The evening entertainment was outstanding, with performances from various artists. The bar was open until midnight and the air conditioning was quiet.

The hotel had a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and spacious and clean rooms. The food was excellent throughout the day, with a good variety of options. The pools were a decent size and there were plenty of activities to do. The hotel was well maintained and the gardens and paths were well kept. The location was convenient to the main area of the hotel, with a piano in the middle and small chairs to sit and watch the family show.

The hotel facilities were great, particularly the entertainment lounge which had a spiral staircase. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was also convenient, with transportation options available nearby. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The waitstaff were attentive, constantly cleaning tables and ensuring drinks were replenished. these aspects contributed to a wonderful experience.
