Perfect location; hotel has free parking. A nice beach, magnificent view. The room is bright and generally clean.
Had quite comfortable experience, overall relaxing place.
Location was stunning, rooms were well-kept and I really enjoyed very efficient staff. It was nice having a laptop-size safe, a seating area and pay television. The food was delicious, with plenty of options. The hotel was around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the heart of Puerto del Carmen. The pool was good and I had cool drinks in the pool bar.
Disappointing aspect was disgusting bathroom.
Our room was well-kept, the staff were absolutely fantastic, absolutely perfect location. Nice view, a nice balcony, good bed, too. Generally everything was perfect, yet the bathroom was uncomfortable. The stay at this low cost hotel was a relaxing one.
