We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, with a large balcony and a lovely sea view. The hotel facilities, including the pool and restaurant, were well-maintained and clean. The location was perfect, as it was close to the beautiful beach with nice seafront shops and a small shopping center with a few bars. It was also easy to get to Puerto del Carmen, only a short taxi ride away. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially Antonio, the Head Barman. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and tidy. Our room had been recently renovated and was bright, airy, and comfortable. We had no issues getting a sunbed by the pool, thanks to the no-reserving policy. The food provided in the all-inclusive deal was exactly what we expected.

We loved the spacious rooms and modern apartments with a large balcony overlooking the quiet pool and part of the sea. The staff, especially the manager, were kind and genuinely proud of the hotel. The hotel was clean and had sufficient facilities, including a simple but satisfying pool, tennis courts, billiards, and table tennis. The location was great, with easy access to a meeting place for group tours, taxis, buses, and a fantastic beach. Additionally, there was plenty of free parking near the hotel.
