The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with the apartment being ideal and super clean. The facilities, including the pools, were great. The location was perfect, right across from the nicest beach we have visited on the island. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were lovely and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Puerto del Carmen. The location was perfect, as it was only a 5-minute walk to shops, bars, and restaurants. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean pool area and plenty of sun loungers. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Nikki on reception who spoke multiple languages. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice seating area outside. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located right beside a grocery shop, making it handy for snacks and drinks.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, including Eva and Ruth, were excellent and quickly resolved any issues we had. The hotel was very clean, with spotless rooms and well-maintained grounds. We loved the convenient book swap in the reception area and the availability of soap and shampoo in the shower. The hotel also had parking, which was very helpful since we rented a car. The kids club was a highlight for our boys, with a lovely girl looking after it. The hotel's location was ideal, with the beach just across the road and playgrounds nearby. The food had good variety, although we wished there was more chicken options.

The apartments and surrounding areas were very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The breakfast selection was good, and the evening entertainment was fantastic. The location of the hotel was brilliant, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to transportation, including a bus stop right outside. It was also great for exploring the island and close to the airport. The hotel had a fabulous big pool, perfect for a family holiday with heated pool and lots of kids entertainments.
